Chad and Amy C were concerned when they noticed that their basement walls were beginning to bow. So, they decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Kevin E was able to come up with a solution to the problem.
Foreman Bradly P installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor in Chad and Amy’s basement. The wall anchor has two ends one will attach to stable soil away from the house. The other end will attach to the basement walls. The device will tighten an overtime be able to straighten the walls.
Chad C. of Neoga, Illinois noticed that the walls in his home's basement were bowing and cracking. He did not want the problem to continue to get worse and cause safety hazards, so he called Woods Basement Systems.
Design specialist Kevin E. assessed the situation and decided that Wall Anchors and PowerBraces would fix the homeowner's problem. Foreman Bradly P. then traveled to the home to get the job started.
The PowerBraces consist of steel I-beams that are fastened to the joists above the wall. It is an adjustable system that can be tightened to help stabilize and straighten walls.
Chad C. no longer has to worry about his home's walls cracking or bowing. He now has stable basement walls.
This homeowner from Neoga, IL had a damp and humid crawl space that needed to be fixed before the damage got any worse. He called Woods Basement Systems and ended up getting the best crawl space system to keep his crawl space dry. The damp, humid air that rises into the house through the dirt floor contributes to poor air quality in the living space above. This barrier will also prevent damp humid air from contributing to the rotting of organic surfaces in crawl space, such as the floor joists above. With the CleanSpace encapsulation system, the house is effectively isolated from the dirt and the space is now a clean dry space.
Joy L. of Neoga, IL was concerned about her crawl space containing moisture and musty smells finding their way into her home. System Design Specialist Luke B. knew that a CleanSpace Encapsulation System would keep moisture and water vapor from permeating the floors and walls of the crawl space, keeping it dry and free from mold growth. Once Foreman Mike R. and his team installed this system, Joy can relax knowing that the unwanted odors would be no more.
David of Mansfield, Illinois wanted to finally repair his musty, dirty crawl space. After searching for possible companies to work with, David found Woods Basement Systems. The next day he set up a consultation with system design specialist, John S., who recommended CleanSpace to clean up the musty area. Thanks to foreman, James L. who lead the team installing the new encapsulation system, now David can rest easy knowing that his home is safe for many years to come!
