Kurt T., Champaign, Illinois homeowner, was distraught when mold took over his basement. Because foreman Greg H. installed the TripleSafe sump pump system, Kurt can now use his dry, mold-free basement.
Champaign, Illinois resident Susan E. was troubled by water leaking into her basement causing mold and odors. System design specialist Kevin E. designed a solution to keep the basement dry and free of mold.
As part of the waterproofing solution, foreman Bradly P. installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier, so it does not support mold growth. It has brightened her basement while keeping it dry.
John and Gail S were concerned when they noticed that the walls in their basement were beginning to bow. So, they decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Kevin E was able to come up with a solution to the problem.
Foreman Bradly P installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor in John and Gail’s basement. The Wall Anchor has two ends, one will attach to a stable level of soil away from the house. The other end will attach to the basement walls. The device can be tightened and overtime will straighten the walls.
Rosana of Champaign, Illinois had a dirty, moist, unsealed crawl space, so she called woods Basement Systems. Systems design specialist, Kevin E., found a solution and recommended installing a CleanSpace encapsulation system and a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier.
Foreman, Joshua B. installed the products. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier used to seal off a crawl space from dirt, critters, and moisture. The Sanidry Sedona keeps moisture out and prevents mold from growing.
Now Rosana S. has a healthy, dry crawl space.
This Champaign, Illinois basement was plagued with water leaks during periods of heavy rain. The constant moisture had damaged valuables, and it made it difficult to make effective use of the space. In order to keep the basement dry, a Woods Basement Systems team installed an under-floor WaterGuard drainage system at the base of the leaking walls. These French drains totally prevent wall leaks from reaching the floor!
