Corey K. of Marion, IL learned the hard way that it’s best to waterproof a basement before finishing it. His basement was partially finished when an alarming amount of water came leaking in. It stained his painted foundation floors and damaged the wood frames behind his finished walls so he called Woods Basement Systems.
Woods installed the Twin Pack sump pump system as part the waterproofing system. As shown in the picture, the sump liner is sealed with an airtight lid but is still accessible should one of the pumps fail. It contains two powerful, cast-iron pumps to ensure that even in heavy downpours, water is being pumped out and away from the basement through the discharge lines
Rex and Angela M were concerned when they noticed that their basement walls were bowing. So, they decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Paul B was able to come up with a solution to the problem.
The Geo-Lock Wall Anchor, shown above, has one end that attaches to a stable level of soil away from the house and the other end will attach to the basement walls, the device can be tightened which will straighten the walls over time.
Sheila and Mark F. in Marion, IL were looking to replace their leaky, drafty basement windows with something more durable and water-resistant. They reached out to Woods Basement Systems, and they received a no-cost estimate on the ideal replacement courtesy of Design Specialist Chris A.
Foreman Malik J. and his team installed EverLast windows to replace the drafty old ones. EverLast windows are constructed from durable, high-quality vinyl for a watertight seal with no need to worry about rust, rot, or repainting. Sheila and Mark now have the peace of mind they need to enjoy the dry, bright basement they deserve thanks to EverLast!
This basement had years worth of water leaks that affected the walls and floor. Team Woods installed WaterGuard drains around the perimeter of the basement to collect the water leaks before they could enter into the basement and create water damage. This waterproofing project started with no protection and ended with a safe and dry room.
Eric from Marion, Illinois reached out to Woods Basement Systems to find a solution to keep water leaks out of his basement. Team Woods sent system design specialist, JD M., to the home to evaluate the space and conclude what products would help protect Eric's home from water damage. After looking over the home, JD gave the recommendation of installing a drainage system and a sump pump to keep the house safe and dry.
Foreman, Juan H., lead his team of installers to install the new WaterGuard drainage system into the basement floors. These drains will collect and direct pesky water leaks towards the sump pump. Since the home didn't have a sump pump, a TripleSafe sump pump system was installed to discard of the water leaks. This pump is composed of three pumps that will serve as a dependable system all year round. Thanks to Woods' top waterproofing products, this basement is protected from harmful leaks!
