A crawlspace in Belleville, IL, was humid and needed to be addressed. The homeowners decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was used. This highly durable liner will not only keep the humidity out, but other outside elements as well. A sump pump was then installed to discharge the water out of the crawlspace.  With these systems in place, the homeowners can rest easy knowing their crawlspace will remain dry for years to come!

Kevin T. of Spaulding, IL had an uneven walkway and driveway. As can be seen in the picture, the concrete slabs in the walkway had sunken away from the step. The uneven areas posed tripping hazards so Kevin called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended PolyLevel.

Woods injected PolyLevel through small holes drilled in the concrete slabs. PolyLevel is a two-part foam that expands to fill any voids below the slabs and lift and level the slabs. It’s waterproof so it won’t wash away and it’s lightweight so it won’t add more weight to the soil below, making it a much more permanent concretely leveling solution than other methods like mudjacking. It also cures much quicker, causing less down time than traditional methods like mudjacking.

Homeowner Cody from Riverton, Illinois wanted to work with Woods Basement Systems to waterproof his wet and musty basement. Team Woods sent out system design specialist, Chris M., to the house to see what products would best waterproof and protect Cody's basement from water damage. After inspecting the basement, Chris recommended utilizing a WaterGuard drainage system along with a CleanSpace encapsulation system to keep the basement healthy and dry.
