A foundation was becoming unstable in Lincoln, IL, as horizontal cracks were appearing. To solve this issue, the GeoLock Wall Anchor System was installed. These are galvanized steel earth anchors embedded into the soil out and away from the foundation wall. Once installed, these will hold the walls in their current position and can be tightened to allow for improvement and straightening of the wall over time. These can be installed around obstacles on the wall such as pipes, sinks, or furniture. This is the best solution to straighten the wall over time, as it can fix severe problems and stabilize the foundation for good!

The TripleSafe sump pump  was the first to be installed and this is guaranteed to keep a basement or crawl space dry with its three-in-one design. It has a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a backup battery-powered pump, so you will never have to worry about it not working properly. Next the Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to help prevent moisture build up in the space, along with out top of the line CleanSpace liner. 

Chad of Edinburg, Illinois wanted to clean his musty, dirty crawl space but didn't know where to start. Chad reached out to Woods Basement Systems to have a professional view the space. Foreman, Jesse C., and his crew got straight to work installing the new encapsulation system.  Thanks to the crew, now this crawl space is back to a healthy state!

Rodney C., Nokomis, Illinois homeowner, was troubled by the mold over taking his crawlspace. The mold was a health and safety concern for his home. System design specialist John S. designed a solution to keep the crawlspace dry and mold free.

Foreman Josh B. installed the CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation system. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that prevents water from entering the basement. Because it is inorganic, it does not support mold growth. In addition to CleanSpace, the SaniDry dehumidfier was installed.

Rodney is thrilled to know is home is now safe and healthy. He no longer has concerns of mold overtaking his craswlspace.

A foundation was settling in Nokomis, IL, causing problems with the front door. To solve this issue, The Push Pier System was installed. This will permanently stabilize the foundation, raise it back up to its original position, and keep it in place. Any cracks will also be closed, and the function of the door will be improved.
