Wood's Basement Systems came out to a home in Highland, Illinois, to address some concrete issues. The driveway had major cracks, and some concrete slabs in the sidewalk had begun to sink as well. The first problem to address was the sunken slabs using the PolyLevel System. This system consists of a highly durable foam that is injected directly beneath the concrete. As it sets, the foam lifts the concrete back up to its original position. The next issue to address were the cracks and spaces in between the slabs. Woods did this with the NexusPro System. This system is a silicone-based sealant for cracks. It is specially engineered to stay flexible over time and stand up to harsh weather conditions. It has a very quick application and drying time and can last over 20 years. With these installs in place, this concrete is ready to be used to its fullest potential.
