To solve this issue, Woods installed the WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System. These pipes intercept water at the wall and floor joint of the basement and drain it towards the sump system, which has been installed with an UltraSump System so it will continue to pump the water out even if the power goes out, thanks to the battery backup.
