Optimum Protection

Here the TripleSafe Sump System, WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier are working to keep the basement safe and dry. WaterGuard collects water seepage and directs it to flow into the TripleSafe where three pumps work to get the water out. SaniDry keeps the relative humidity below 55 percent, making the air drier.

Underground

WaterGuard is installed below the floor at the cove joint in the basement. Despite being sub-ground, the system is designed to sit up and out of dirt and silt to prevent from clogging, keeping the system running smoothly and efficiently.

Inspection Port

WaterGuard has the option to have an inspection port installed to create easy access for future maintenance or appointments.

Different Leaks

WaterGuard is designed both groundwater and wall leaks with the built-in wall flange.

Open Area

The area above this perimeter drainage system can be used for recreational living space, or for storage.

Durable Material

WaterGuard is made of a thick and durable inorganic material that is designed to prevent from crushing or kinking, allowing water seepage to effectively flow to the sump pump.

Frozen Protection

IceGuard is an automatic discharge system that allows water to escape out of the sump system in case pipes freeze in the cold, winter months. This can provide peace of mind for every season of the year.
