Underneath Production Manager Frankie D., Foreman Juan H. and his crew were able to install a WaterGuard. Now Paula can rest assured that her basement is now safe and dry!

Cove Joint

WaterGuard is installed at the cove joint around the perimeter of the basement. It is designed to collect groundwater, as well as wall leaks with its built-in wall flange.

To the Sump Pump!

WaterGuard directs water seepage to flow directly into the sump pump, keeping the system running smoothly and efficently.

Below Ground

Because WaterGuard is installed sub-ground, the area above can be used for recreational living or storage space.

Inspection Port

WaterGuard has a built-in inspection port that can allow for easy access in future maintenance appointments. It can also work as a drain if a dehumidifier, such as a SaniDry Sedona, were to be installed in the future.
