John worked with system design specialist, Jeremy R., who designed a customized plan for John's basement needs. In this plan, Jeremy utilized a new TwinPack sump pump and a WaterGuard drainage system, together these two products will keep the basement dry and healthy for many more years to come. The drainage system and sump pump were both installed by foreman, Brett J.

The WaterGuard drains are sealed with a cement layer to prevent the drains from clogging or backing up. Sealing the system ensures that the system will function properly at all times.

Here is the freshly installed WaterGuard drainage system! These drainages are a French designed system that is installed in the footing of the basement to collect and direct water leaks towards the home's sump pump system.
