WaterGuard Drains

WaterGuard drains were the first waterproofing product installed in the basement. Here is a picture of the drains in the drying process.

Drainage System

WaterGuard drains are installed in the footing of the basement floor to collect and direct water leaks to the home's sump pump. These drains help ensure that if water leaks in, it will be directed back out.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

In the corner of this picture, you will notice the new TripleSafe sump pump. This three pump system will serve as a depenable sump year around, and in case of an emergency, it will use its backup batteries.
