Brandon and Adriene D. experienced water bubbling up through the floor in their crawl space during heavy rains, so they decided to call Woods Basement Systems for help. Systems design specialist, Jeremy R. recommended installing a Twin Pack sump pump, CleanSpace, and WaterGuard.
Foreman, Juan H. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump includes two stainless steel pumps that can protect your home from leaks and flooding. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier made of inorganic materials and it is used to seal off a crawl space from critters, dirt, and moisture. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the crawl space floor and it collects water that seeps through the walls. It then takes that collected water and guides it to the sump pump to be fully removed from the home.
Now Brandon and Adriene D. have a safe, dry crawl space.

Most people do not do anything with their crawl space, while others are able to use it for storage underneath their home.
Moisture
In this crawl space, water would bubble in through the floor during heavy rains and the homeowners wanted to change that.
Twin Pack Pump and WaterGuard Installed
A new sump pump was installed along with WaterGuard. WaterGuard goes around the edge of the crawl space and the pump to make sure everything is watertight.
CleanSpace Encapsulation
CleanSpace was installed to seal everything off. It can help to protect a crawl space from dirt, critters, and moisture because of its durability.
