Again, very impressed with the quality of your personnel. Everyone has strived to be as helpful as possible ( -usually going "above and beyond" the call of duty. Chadwick certainly carried on that tradition with his service call. Woods is definitely "a cut above" the rest in my opinion.

You installed our system May 1st and got it done in one day. The guys cleaned up their mess plus some and hauled it all away with no disruption to anything except some dust which was to be expected. It rained for a good two or three days straight after that and really put our system to the test and it passed with flying colors! It was so refreshing to go downstairs and the floor be DRY! The pump is whisper quiet and we never even hear it kick on unless we are standing right next to it. Very, Very happy with everything! Thank you!

The entire installation crew was polite, on time, and hard working. They were knowledgeable about the product and explained the system before they left. They very clean and there was really very little dust for me to clean up afterwards. I was very impressed. I recommended Woods Basement to a family member having the same type of leaky basement situation.

He was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I am particularly appreciative of the fact that he recognized that my discharge line needed to be rerouted for maximum efficiency; so that water would not flow back to my home. Failing Basement Wall Supports Replaced With GeoLock in Portage Des Sioux, IL

Ken of Portage Des Sioux had been having issues with his basement walls bowing for many years. In an attempt to fix the issue, he had called a rival basement company who installed several cheap wall beams. It didn't take long for those supports to start bending as the wall continued to bow. Needing the problem solved once and for all, he called Woods Basement Systems.

Jeremy, foreman, and his team quickly got to work and began by removing the old, failing supports. After this, they installed several GeoLock wall anchor plates on the walls. These are connected to anchors placed into the firm soil several feet from the home and work by pulling the wall outward. Ken no longer has to worry about his walls collapsing and will be calling Woods Basement Systems for all of his future needs!
