My basement wall had cracks so wide you could see the out side. when it would rain it was like a built in water fountain in my basement(smile) I was very surprise at the low cost. if you need good quality basement work at the lowest cost woods basement is the best.one year later no more leaks. thank you woods basement.

Ron kept me informed of progress and always asked if I had any questions or concerns about the job. It was two days after we had a foot of snow and I so appreciated that they were willing to work at a really muddy and messy job site. I had scheduled 2 days off from work and it would have been very difficult for me to reschedule my time off. I had asked our attorney to review the contract. His comment was, "any contract is only as good as the people behind it." He was right. I told Ron the basement was cleaner when they left than when they started the job. Three nice young men, a great crew! Job well done.

YOUR STAFF ARE UNFAILINGLY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. I WORK AND TYPICALLY TAKE A DAY OFF TO ACCOMPLISH SEVERAL THINGS AROUND THE HOUSE. THE PERSON WHO MADE THE APPOINTMENT ACCOMMODATED MY SCHEDULE WITH A REALLY GOOD ATTITUDE. THE YOUNG MAN WHO COMPLETED THE SERVICE CALL WAS PERSONABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT HE WAS DOING AND IN INFORMING ME JUST WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO. The crew worked together as a team and kept me updated on the work progress. A supervisor stopped by to check on progress with the crew. They cleaned up as best they could (it had snowed 3 days earlier!) and left the yard looking as good as it did before they started work. And the best news, of course, is that we now have a basement that is safe, and guaranteed. Thank you.

Waterproofing with CleanSpace and WaterGuard

Homeowners Linda and Richard S. of Saint Louis, Missouri wanted a solution to their leaking basement. On the walls of the foundation, they had many cracks that were letting rainwater into the home after a storm. Unable to store anything in their basement without fear of it getting wet, they decided to call Woods Basement Systems.

We sent our foreman Garrett C. out to the home to install our WaterGuard system. WaterGuard is our premiere waterproofing system that is installed around the perimeter of the basement, on top of the footing. Instead of patching up cracks that will still leak, our team installed our CleanSpace Liner on the foundation walls. CleanSpace is used in wet basements and crawlspaces, the liner is thick, allowing the water to flow behind the liner and down into the WaterGuard system. Now, Linda and Richard are happy knowing their basement is dry.

Water in St. Louis Garage Eliminated with UltraSump

Cora C wants to prevent water from getting in her garage when it rains. To do this, Alex D and his crew installed TrenchDrain. This will catch and drain away water before it can enter the garage. The water will then go to an UltraSump System, which will pump the water out. Cora C can now rest assured knowing that her garage will stay dry!

Michael M. is having some foundation problems. There are cracks appearing on walls as well as ceilings throughout the house.
