In order to waterproof the space, a Woods Basement Systems team first installed a WaterGuard drainage system. These gutter-like drains are placed underneath the floor at the base of the leaking walls to catch any water. After this, a TripleSafe sump system was put in place and connected to the WaterGuard system to pump all of that water out of the home. Renda is thrilled with the results!

WaterGuard is a french drainage system that provides water that seeps into the home a path to the sump pump, from there the sump pump carries the water out of the home. Foreman Kevin J. and his team installed TrenchDrain and WaterGuard drainage systems to remove the excess water from Carl's home. Systems Design Specialist Gregory B. visited the home and designed an appropriate solution, which was to have foreman Melvin F. install WaterGuard, a product that works to keep water from reaching the surface of the basement floors.

Thanks to the installation of WaterGuard, Richard is no longer fearful when he sees rain in the forecast.

Robert G. of Mahomet, Illinois noticed that his floors were starting to sag. Instead of ignoring the problem and letting it get worse, he called Woods Basement Systems.

Design specialist Gregory B. assessed the situation and decided the best plan of action would be to install smart jacks and some supplemental steel beams. Foreman James L. headed over to the home to get the job done. Supplemental beams in the crawl space provide extra support for the flooring above. Smart jacks are made of steel and lift and stabilize the floors above. 

Robert G. no longer has to worry about his floors sinking and sagging now that the smart jacks and supplemental beams were installed. His floors are now stable and level.

Tia S. noticed that the her home's tile flooring was lifting and cracking. When she found out that the foundation was not the problem, she called Woods Basement Systems for a solution.

After talking to design specialist Gregory B., it was decided that SmartJacks and supplemental beams would solve the problem. Foreman James L. headed over to install the necessary products. The steel supplemental beams were installed in the crawl space to provide extra support for the house. SmartJacks were then installed. These help push the beams up, which then lifts the house to its original position. 

Tia S. no longer has to worry about the tile in her home lifting and cracking. Her floors are now stabie and level.

Seeing cracks in you tile floor is not a good sign. So when Tia and Shane S began to notice them in their kitchen they knew that they needed to call Woods Basements Systems. System Design Specialist Gregory B helped them come up with a plan.

Foreman James L installed a SmartJack Assembly, what this product does is it sits under your support beams and takes the weight off of the original supports that were failing. And a Supplemental Beam to support the weight of the house.

Scott D. from Mahomet, Illinois was worried about his cracking and uneven patio since it looked both unclean and unsafe.

Our system design specialist William T. designed an experience-based solution to restore Scott's patio in front of the door. Based on the solution, PolyLevel injections was installed to the concrete. The feature of being settle and long-lasting is the main difference of PolyLevel in proportion to concrete.

Now, Scott is living in a home whose patio is safer and looks more beautiful.

Kathy H. of Mahomet, Illinois was troubled by water leaking into her basement where the floor meets the wall. The water caused damage to her drywall, and mold growth infested the carpet. 

Greg B., system design specialist, designed a solution to keep the water out of her basement and keep the mold away. Foreman Juan H. and his team installed WaterGuard. WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system, collects and guides water to the TwinPack sump pump system and away from the basement.

In addition to WaterGuard, the EverLast Half-Wall system was installed. EverLast is inorganic, so it does not support mold growth. EverLast protects Kathy's basement while brightening the room. She is thrilled to have a restored, dry basement.

Sagging floors can be a major problem for any homeowner. They provide an unstable foundation and can also cause other problems within the house, such as cracks in the walls. That's why when John and Julie B. of Mahomet, IL noticed their floor sagging they took action.

Woods installed a TwinPack sump pump to pump any water that could be in the crawlspace out into the yard. An IceGuard was installed with the discharge line. This will give water from the sump pump a way to escape if the discharge line in backed up or frozen.
