Geo-Lock uses heavy-duty steel plates and a galvanized steel rod to reinforce and straighten the walls over time. It works well with PowerBrace, which uses heavy-duty steel i-beams that secure to the ceiling joists for reliable protection with minimally disruptive installation. Foreman, William T. installed the products. PolyLevel is a high density foam made of a polyurethane formula. It is used to permanently lift and stabilize concrete slabs. A small, dime-sized hole is drilled into the sinking concrete. Then the polymer is injected into it and within 15 minutes, the slab can be used again. Additionally, a waterproofing system was installed to stop the moisture from entering the customer's basement.

Geo-Lock Wall Anchors are steel rods that are driven through the foundation walls back into the inactive soil. There they are anchored with steel anchors. Naturally the Earth wants to fill the hole that your home is in. The Geo-Lock Wall Anchors work by providing resistance to the pressure exerted by the active backfill around the home. With a tightening kit, over time the wall can be returned to its original position. 

The SmartJack is a steel assembly that is placed on the interior of the home. It is used in areas where the floor beams need extra support. The 7' SmartJack is ideal for basements and can be positioned and anchored where needed. 

Installing WaterGuard along the interior perimeter of the basement gives the water that finds its way inside a way back outside. By collecting the water before it reaches the floor and redirecting it to a sump pump the basement will stay dry. A dry basement increases area quality by lowering allergens and mildew caused by water vapor.

This will keep the walls from moving any more than they already have, and will straighten them out over time.

Jeremy B. was experiencing unleveled and sagging floors above his crawl space. This is due to several different issues in the CrawlSpace. This system uses steel to stabilize and level the girders and floor joists in the crawl space which helps lift the floor back to its original position.
