Water marks coming down from the wood sill plate is an outside drainage issue and needs to be repaired from the outside.  Digging a trench and installing drain tile below the sill plate directs water to a low spot downhill from the sill plate.  Water can no longer rise up and come in over the sill plate into the basement.

WAterGuard is installed in the floor around the perimeter of the basement. It works to collect water that seeps through the basement walls and then guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home.
