CactusBoard II™ floor edging is a unique shaped molding that forms a space between the edge of the basement floor and the wall, with access across the footing to drain to the stone aggregate (rock) below the floor.

This space allows all the water from the perimeter and the walls to drain down into the stone aggregate under the floor, which is drained by a sump or footing drains.

The 6' lengths of CactusBoard II TM are set on top of the footing.

If exterior footing drains that drain to daylight are used, a sump liner can be used with CactusBoard II TM.

Some builders use dampproofing, some use waterproofing. In either case, CactusBoard II TM will keep the basement floor dry!!!
